The house worked perfectly for our group of 24. All adults and kids lived comfortably with their own beds and plenty of bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The living room was spacious enough for movie nights with everyone, and a great adult hangout space after kids were asleep. The kids loved the game room and being able to play out in the large lawn. The location is private and well off the road so all parents felt very comfortable with the kids playing outside safely. The off site pool and rec areas were also great amenities to have access to. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together at the house.

Melissa was a great host, always very responsive and checking-in to make sure we had the best out of our stay. The property itself is incredible, it is perfect for traveling in big groups and makes everyone very comfortable. There is also a very nice kitchen, which allows cooking for many people, a nice dining room, and a great area for gathering everyone in the ballroom/games room. The property is also located only 10 minutes drive to the city's downtown, where there is a supermarket, many stores, and good restaurants.
